Our proposals for this unprecedented 'revival scheme' - whereby the Grade II listed North Block of the Royal Brompton Hospital would be restored and converted and teamed with two new buildings to provide a total of 74 apartments - were conducted on a fast track 'design and build' basis which, from the date of purchasing the site to the development's completion, was achieved in under three years.
